We designed and 3D printed a 3.8-metre custom bar counter — ready to install straight off the printer, with no sanding or painting required. This significantly reduces production waste and environmental impact. The monolithic internal structure offers a high degree of customisation, precisely accommodating installation requirements while streamlining on-site assembly. The entire piece was split into five sections, and from design confirmation to project completion, the whole process took just one week.
